At home, I almost always have a mix of 3 cereals from Corn Flakes, Rice Krispies, Cheerios and Oatmeal Crisp with Raisins, a handful of blueberries and a few other berries (strawberry, raspberry or tayberry) if we have them, soy milk. No sugar. One cup of Peppermint tea |
