I am OK folks<3 apologies for causing any of you to worry <3 the weather forecast here was for sunny spells with the chance of some showers this afternoon :-( I nipped along to my local town centre on my scooter early today ;-) in the hope that I could get my shopping done and dusted before any showers arrived ;-) got it all done ;-) and I was about 5 minutes from home when the skies opened and I got drenched :-(

Right folks <3 apologies again for being AWOL <3 and now that I've changed into dry clothes and had a warm cup of tea ;-) I'm off tp have a a well earned nap :-)

Climbed to the top of Durham Cathedral today with OH, cousin and her OH - not bad for pensioners methinks. Might be the last time we do that though.

It was very windy up there but the view was worth the climb.

I've climbed up several times but don't think any of us will climb up there again. There was plenty of puffing and panting and a rest in the middle but as two of us were war babies we were pleased that we did not have to be helicoptered off the top for a hospital visit!
