	Mersey :-) :-) <3 <3 - hope you are OK now - where's Thor when you need him ;-) I made a quiche for tea - quite ambitious - stilton, leek and mushroom, with a walnut pastry. It was OK, but had a soggy bottom, despite my best efforts with baking blind and all that :-0 J told me he liked my soggy bottom, though :-D ;-)

	Hmmm ......... I use my slow cooker mainly for curries and casseroles, but I've never done a pot roast, Emma . :-) Is it a beef pot roast? - I've got loads of slow cooker books, so I could look it up for you :-D

	Sorry girlies..son called in :-D :-D Don't mention blood..yuk..hate having mine done, my mum was the same. I remember having a tooth out at the dentist in Mold..I came out into the waiting room, opened me gob to show mum, she passed out and hit her head on a wooden bench :-0 :-0 :-0

	All I do in my slow cooker is wrap joint in tin foil....place water at the bottom, keep an eye out as not to let it dry out.....Bobs your Uncle Fanny is your Aunt...simples :-D

	Oh Mersey I couldn't think only by searing it with a little oil and then putting it in the slow cooker with some water. :-)

	That is what OH does Emma then puts it on medium for about 8 hours for pulled beef :-)
