My printer tells me it is "off line". Any ideas how to get it back "on line"? |

most common reasons: switched off/power line not connected, usb cable not connected, there is a trouble fixing option in windows control panel |

I have run the troubleshooter and it found that the printer is turned off but I cannot find any way that I can turn it on. Its a wireless printer. |

For it to work with wifi it first must be installed using USB. |

I'm assuming that unless it is a brand new printer, Patricia must have already done this at some point. |

Maybe it is simply jammed or out of ink? |

In the Windows 10 search box type "printers"and then select "Devices and Printers" from the results. |

It would not happen if there is a paper jam or it needs a cartridge replacement. |

This line of printers have a tendency to sulk and go awol. Reinstalling the drivers from scratch inc printing the test page is one way to fix it. |
