Has anyone got a hot water dispenser instead of a kettle? |

I have a Zip tap. It filters water and delivers hot water for tea, coffee, gravy, boiled eggs , pasta, rice etc and chilled water. |

Thanks for that Pat, your Zip sounds great. The gadget I'm looking at sounds and looks fine, but just a bit concerned that the water actually boils. As you say the good thing is that there is no waste, and a cup of water boils in 40 seconds. It looks good, but that doesn't mean to say it is. |

I think what you have at your club Bob would be a bit too much for my house, even though I drink lots of tea. I like a bit of fancy stuff Bob ?? |

There are a number of reviews about the model on Amazon, admittedly dating back to 2013. They are complaining about a TCP taste or smell, not just from their original purchase, but also the replacement. |

If I can find one, I'm going to get one of those metal 'fur' gatherers. |

Von, our son has one as well and I agree with what you say about making more than one cup. His is designed to dispense just one mug of water. |
