Births that could be his based on baptism record.

23 miles apart

I would order the Holywell one first or ask the GRO to check parents' names are correct before completing the order.

If anyone can spot something wrong please add.

I strongly suspect theat Isaac's father was incorrectly named as William on Isaac's marriage certificate and that the father was actually Isaac. Possibly Isaac William or William Isaac.
