Two days ago at 8.45am I had a call from my bank questioning me over a suspect payment on my card. |

Probably because it was a small amount which is usually the case when an account is hacked. Glad it was OK though. |

Isn't one of the scamming tricks to get you to call back because they are still connected to your phone when you do (unless you use a different phone). |

something like that happened to me last year , I was trying to pay for our holiday on the phone ,when the girl said it wont work . told me to go and sort it out at my bank, so I went in ,they gave me a number to phone ,it seem's that me using it 2 weeks before in stoke (I live down in Sussex) was surspicous ,and that I needed a new card .when I pointed out that I HAD to pay for my holiday that day they opened it for 10 minutes . :-) |
