It is overcast and raining at the moment in my corner of Kent :-( and although there could be a few sunny spells today when temperatures will hover around 54°F :-) the forecast is for a mainly dry but rather cloudy day :-( albeit the chance of the odd light shower cannot be ruled out :-(

So wherever you are and whatever you will be doing today ;-) stay safe :-) take care :-) enjoy yourself ;-) and don't forget to wear your smile :-)

Fly <3 I am feeling much better this morning thanks <3 but I won't be later on today as I will be spending several hours at the Ophthalmology Department of my local hospital as they are going to do some more laser surgery to my right eye :-(

Good morning Mersey, hello to everyone checking in today. Back to reality after a really fantastic weekend. So much gorgeous food, too much alcohol, but more importantly precious time spent my family. We have two of our little grandsons staying for a couple of days, early start doing the school run, then my Yoga class.

By special request from the boys, A Sunday Roast chicken for dinner tonight.
