How long will a family tree stay up on GR ... I am trying to contact a relative who I have lost the contact with not through a fall out just as we have both moved several times ... has made a tree and put me in it ....I have messaged him and I keep checking but he has not opend his message ... |

A tree will stay until the account is closed, or the author deletes it or deletes him/herself |

GR won't say how many active members they have nor how many trees are actually in use. However easily available stats on net traffic to the GR sites suggest a rather silent forest. |
