I did get two wills from this site about 9 months ago but I can't remember the process. I know I had an email saying the order had gone through and then another one several days later telling me how to download them. I know it was quite easy to do. Have you had both emails? They did say it could take 28 days though I think I got mine in just over a week. |

Then I think you need to wait for the second email. I can't remember whether I was given a code to put in or not but I know the second email told me the wills were ready to download and how to do it. I should wait until you have gone 10 working days from placing the order and then if you haven't got another email contact them. |

I ordered one online, it arrived after a week or two, I can't remember exactly but there wasn't a problem. |

That's a real pain David. Everything worked so smoothly for me when I used the site that I really don't know what to suggest. If you are getting no response to emails, could your credit card supplier help, assuming you made your payment by credit card. |
