Sprouts all look the same to me. And have you seen their Passport photos? A ‘Gallows Mugshot' does not portray them adequately.

PS: Our English language teacher used to berate us for starting a sentence with an 'and'. And I still do so regularly in honour of said teacher's pithy attempt to school us 'proper' like.

Thought you'd like to know we had sprouts for lunch. son was here, good job he isn't going home, daughter in law would not be happy, she bans him from eating sprouts!!! :-D

I'm glad this has been nudged up......

I do like a sprout but they've been so naff this winter - no frost? We've cut out the middle man and chucked them straight onto the compost heap. :-(

I'm glad it's not me losing my taste buds Ann! It's been a disappointing winter for sprouts, we would normally enjoy them once or twice a week.
We only had one frost before christmas and only a couple since. Too late for tasty sprouts I think.
