I would second that. Having seen what has happened to people whose relatives haven't made wills, I think a will is essential! |

a will is a clear statement of your wishes. If you want to leave everything to the cat/dog home, you can. No unknown/faceless relatives get hold of your money. And no heir hunting firms get their cut either. |

Before my daughter's death in 2011 I had no need to make a will, because on my death she and my son would have received half each of my assets. |

we did all last year ,all the way down to the grandchildren , if my son die's before us his share goes to his wife ,if my daughter dies her share goes to my son (she's not married),and so on down the line . :-) |
