It's icy cold here, but dry, with an ineffective sun shining so I think K and I will probably have a ride out. I shall have to get ready though as I am still sitting in the kitchen in my jammies - and have been here for more than two hours. Hot coffee and a warm room are so inviting when it's cold outside. :-D

It is good to blow the cobwebs away especially when it is

We have a dry and bright start to the day here in my corner of Kent along with a touch of ground frost :-) and this afternoon it will become increasingly cloudy with an occasional light shower at times :-( before more persistent rain arrives this evening :-( it will also be another cold day :-( as temperatures here will struggle to rise much above 5C today :-(

So wherever you are and whatever you will be doing today ;-) stay dry :-) take care :-) enjoy yourself ;-) and don't forget to smile :-)

And remember that where possible you should always try to choose what you would like to have on your plate each day ;-) if you don't want strife ;-) anger ;-) bitterness ;-) gossip ;-) or back-biting ;-) then say no thanks when anyone offers to serve you a portion of any of these ;-) instead fill your plate with generous portions of :-) love :-) kindness :-) happiness :-) joy :-) and encouragement :-) because by choosing these you will fill your days with the compassion and a desire to see the good in others :-)
