Whoops late again ! belated greetings Sharron xx

Three times as dull really Chris.

No big present or anything and too horrible to venture out anywhere but anybody silly enough to be born in January only has theirself to blame

I have always said that one of the things I am most proud of is that people didn't ask me how Fred was. They asked me where he was and that was exactly what I had set out for them to do.

You have to go to Argos when you need a new razor.

That is Wednesday food.

The cafe the other way is for Tuesdays and Thursdays unless you go into town to Wetherspoons.

Then there is the village lunch on the third Thursday of the month.

Just occasionally there are special events in the village like the Queen's Jubilee, when you have to eat so much cake you are sick all night.

It is a pretty arduous life you know.

I like sausage sandwiches!!

He ate out three times a week and more if he could fit them in. It must have been better than being fed on leftovers and they made a fuss of him.

Yes,but you kept him thinking and still wondering how he could get one over on you...
Whatever form of stimulation is important instead of vegetating .

....now I'm not talking about all your vegetable concoctions which I approve of,being of a certain age that hates waste,but you fed him healthy food which kept him going,the sort of food that kept him going to his long life.

I would hope that if/when I get to that stage, I get the same treatment.

He thought of me as the fat controller who should be defied as much as possible. What kept him going and happy was getting one over on me as often as possible.

Well you have amused us with your Fred stories,,,and he seemed to thrive on your care.....so...that's how you come across !!!

I lived in various parts of North Wales Sharron since 1962,,,never in the south.
The furthest down I lived was in Barmouth ,above Aberystwyth Cardigan bay.

I would have been a teenage mother,but think you would have been quite an interesting, intelligent,and amusing caring daughter.........
