I ended up having hypnosis ..the best thing I ever did and now I enjoy my
Sleep like no other.....breathing exercises help too... <3 <3

Yes, I had sleeping tablets after you know what, but I very seldom take them.

She is okishJems <3 with her age and past she is very prone to infections so it's part of the course I am afraid hopefully she will feel better with antibiotics tomorrow :-D :-D <3

Not another one who cannot sleep!!! Years ago I was the same ....it got that bad I got help....stupid doctor I was with at the time gave me sleeping tabs.....not good at all for me :-S :-S
