I agree with you. I haven't had a bath since about the year 2000, but mainly because with my knee replacements and my size I can't get into or out of the bath. I do prefer a shower but every now and then (especially when the arthritis flares up) it would be nice to relax in a warm bath. |

I LOVE my bath! A shower is fine for getting clean quickly, and in hot weather, but nothing beats a nice long soak. I read in the bath, and it's great for de-stressing. |

I'm with you Wisechild. We've just had our shower room gutted and a bath - with shower over - installed. Best of both worlds, you can't beat a relaxing soak in the tub. A shower is great for a quick freshen up and hair wash but just doesn't reach the achey parts when needs be. |

Shower. Can't remember how long ago it's been since I had a bath, at least a decade. There's no physical reason for not using one; I just feel its a waste of time. |

Waterless baths are all the rage in the House of Commons - smelly pompous devils. |

Shower in the mornings or if I´m going out but I used to love a good soak in the evenings in the bath. So it was whoopee when this house came with a bath, I have used it twice when I have needed warmth and soak on my back in winter. |

I have a wet room because of difficulty getting into. ,(and more importantly) out of the bath. Haven't had a bath for a few years. |

I did look at bath with doors, but at the time didn't want a big upheaval with husband being so very poorly, and it was difficult for him to have a shower as he was on oxygen with an inflatable bag. |

I also haven't had a bath in years, since 2003 in fact. I would love to be able to soak in a hot bath, especially when the arthritis is acting up, but the difficulty in getting just makes all the aches come back 20-fold! |
