We returned from our eight weeks holiday in Lanzarote on Friday. We went out for dinner last night, I had roast garlic chicken with mushrooms and black carrots. The carrots were amazing, does anyone know where I can buy some? |

I think black carrots are actually deep purple. Used to be available in waitrose supermarket but not sure if they still stock them. |

they sound like blue potatoes, which are actually mauvish or bluish-grey, often with a whiter area in the centre. |
