I took my blood pressure at lunch time as I haven't checked it in a while and got the fright of my life it was sky high at 141 over 101. I waited half an hour then took it again and this time it was 105 over 65. Still on the high side for me but back into a normal range so I can breathe easy again. My normal blood pressure is borderline low at 102 over 58 though it has been known to go as low as 90 over 56.

Perhaps you were anxious when you took it the first time? Just had a hot dink? There are so many 'may be' causes, its not worth fretting about.
Good to hear its OKish now.

I'm hoping it was just nerves but will confirm tomorrow about the same time and then try not to check again for a few weeks.
