They do get paid for their internationals but England players give this to charity.

Glad friends plane was late, we got back just after the finish of the match wouldn't have liked to watch it.

I have thought for sometime that our players have all the flair trained out of them and are forced to play against their natural abilities.

COME ON WALES :-)

It was not a shock but utterly predictable esp given England's history in this sort of match.

- Joe Hart has always had a tendency to fluff his lines in the big match, he had already done so in the Euros so why not use Forster?
- a manager who depends on favorites will never get anywhere
- Hodgson was a useless manager at Liverpool, useless at the Worlds so why keep him on?
- why persist with out of form players and then wheel on the good stuff late in the day?
- Rooney is a slow old bear terrorised by the nimble Icelanders

anyway I put £ 100 on the Icelanders so I'm a happy bunny. England's chances going forward are now much better unless they select another bundle of misery and incompetence such as Southgate. They need a manager who will start from scratch, forget about Rooney and Joe Hart and above all select players who might thrive with international football rather than the PL.

I have no problems at all supporting Wales and France :-)

ALAN SHEARER would be up for the Manager Job!
He said last night that he had gone for the job 5 years ago, and was told he had no experience.

He said the amount of money the so called EXPERIENCED big name managers were paid was a waste, because he was sure he could have done much better, experienced or not! AND HE SAID HE WOULD STILL ACCEPT THE JOB!

At long last I saw the Wales Under 20s v Scotland Under 20s Rugby World Championship battle for 7th place.

Wales Unders played really well and beat the Scots Unders 42 - 19.

Until yesterday it was a defined as a game in which the English played tiddleywinks before losing o a penalty shootout. They cannot even get that far now so I wouldn't worry too much.

Footy is a lousy game for young people and Rugby7s much more fun as well as enhancing people's characters in every which way. My roots are in Leicester which as well as having Vardy chips also has England's best rugby team :-)
