Wales 3 - 1 Belgium........ who could have predicted that score??

Brilliant football from the Wales team, a well deserved win.
So sorry for the Belgium team and fans, who are just stunned.
Commiserations to Belgium, they battled the whole match.

Look out Ronaldo...... the Welsh dragons are on fire and coming for you.
Portugal, be afraid...... be very afraid!!!!!

What a night........... the team and fans are together and it is just AMAZING!!

Oh I think I remember Gary Speed. Wasn't he the poor man who committed
suicide and left a pretty wife and two little boys??

So he was the Wales footy Manager if I remember correctly. A huge shock to
everyone at the time.

It's right to think of Gary and I'm sure there will be tears shed in the dressing room.

At the end of a miserable (if profitable) week I was down a Camden pub not really expecting much except what happened - and then things went mad, Wales flew like an eagle fantastic football brave and stylish an inspiration for us all. Their second goals was as good as they come.

On current form they will defeat Portugal and will be finalists I hope. Nervous about Ramsey being out though. Coleman must have had one helluva lucky charm with him.

Wonderful.

HARRY SECOMBE We'll Keep A Welcome Lyrics
Far away a voice is calling
Bells of memory chime
Come home again, come home again
They call through the oceans of time

We'll keep a welcome in the hillsides,
We'll keep a welcome in the Vales.
This land you knew will still be singing,
When you come home again to Wales.

This land of song will keep a welcome,
And with a love that never fails.
We'll kiss away each hour of hiraeth,
When you come home again to Wales.

We'll kiss away each hour of hiraeth
When you come home again to Wales
