Thanks Belle. I can spill the beans then. :-D

TRAY-bake:

cubed potatoes and sweet potatoes, chunks of onions, tomatoes and chicken, sliced peppers

All tossed in olive oil in a meat tray and roasted for 30 or 40 minutes depending on the size of chunks. Ten minutes before it's cooked, add sliced chorizo and cook for the last ten minutes.

Delish.

Oops, I ought to have said I don't use those thin slices of chorizo. I chop up a chorizo ring I pieces about half an inch.

It could be worse Belle they might of been playing rudey dudey in the long grass, an term Princess uses :-0 :-0

Talking of which Belle...the "petered" pattern turned out to be repeated pattern as in a chequer board etc, still quite deep :-0 :-0

Wonder if Jem has won any cups for her Ballroom dancing :-D :-D :-D
