	Is now... Long story short.. R phone re wall insulation should have been done months ago, she said no record of him phoning, was he sure he did phone or did someone call on his behalf. This annoyed me about the way she said it as though he was not with it, took the phone told her to check the tapes as they record everything. She called back said she had taken the call and apologised all in hand. If anyone is going to insinuate that R is a doddering old man it will be me. ;-) He's a gentleman in every sense of the word <3

	Afternoon everyone ~~~~~~~~~~ <3 :-D Weather here is iffy - one minute sunny and warm and the next it's sunny and showery. It's in a right pickle with itself. :-0 Sorry to hear Flossy is not too chipper but I hope she improves quickly. <3
