	Surprised that Sunderland is expected to vote 'Leave.' I live in the NE near enough to both towns/cities and when friends and I have spoken about it the vote is varied. It depends on what kind of work they do, I think. I haven't seen a forecast but I haven't looked for one either. Not surprised that they are expected to be the first with result though as they are quick counters.
