Windows 7 is going to be supported until 2020, so I would stick with it. |

Windows 10 is OK with better built in security than Windows 7. It will break some stuff which was OK on Win7. Do not upgrade laptops unless you have oem drivers. I like the interface. It has 101 ways of spying on you especially if u r into Skype windows mobile or cortana. If you are happy with with Win7 you'll be fine staying with it. The first it is not a service pack lol is due soon and has some cool features. I have ug my own computers but the thundering herd of biz desktops will run Win7/Linux till the day they die. |

Ann in G, if I remember rightly it was windows system files that were corrupted. It definitely wasn't excel. The helpline people just couldn't fix it and were going to have to remove windows 10 and reload it again so I said 'don't bother reloading it, give me back windows 8.1 instead' so they did! |
