They don't have a support team just auto reply. Once in a while if it's a dull day somebody from FMP has a trawl through the inbox for support / RR and that's about it. |

Thank you everyone for your information. My enquiry to them was along the lines of: If I have bought a one year's subscription which seems to give me 120 credits and I have only used up about 30 of those in my searches-why have I only got 25 credits left? Seems the maths here is a bit off. Why do I use credits anyway if I have paid for the subscription? |

You might have bought a standard subscription in the region of £20 p.a. There are loads of variations although that is the standard rate for 'new' subscribers. That does include 50 credits. |
