My 17 year old daughter is making this for us today after seeing it made on the telly.

Mmm! it was lovely!

Used medium chillies rather than mild as that's all Tesco had, but although it had a little kick it wasn't hot.

There's enough left for tomorrow night too for hubby & I as daughter doesn't want it 2 days running :-)

I made two.......one I popped in the freezer for another day.

The other one, i ate till i was fuller than a butcher's dog!!
