Are you a flower lady or in a women's group there?

I was impressed by a couple of churches in Lancashire last year - Wigan St Wilfrid's was one of them. They had a bunch of extremely friendly people on duty working in a small shop that was open mid-week or making coffee and biscuits for people who popped in.

It was a joy to visit them.

Are there any men at all in your K & N group, Fly? I ask because my old geography teacher, a man, used to knit. He and his wife had a couple of children and I don't know whether he was the only one in the household who used to knit.

I didn't find it unusual but I know some did.

Joy the money we made on our stalls was our own :-D the church had their own and made lunches and drinks :-)
