	Afternoon all :-D <3 Snowing last night when we went to bed but all gone by this morning. Had some showers early on, cloudy at the moment in between the spells of sunshine. Some parts of Scotland apparently colder than Iceland. I'm cosy so don't care :-D

	Good afternoon everyone. <3 :-D It is bitter here but the sun is still shining . Wished I'd taken my gloves when I went out for coffee this morning. :-( One good thing - it's very windy so my washing dried quickly and I brought it in between showers of hailstones. School run soon. <3 :-D

	Today is Anzac Day in Australia and New Zealand. April 25th marks the 102nd anniversary of the landing of the Australia and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) on Turkey’s Gallipoli Peninsula in 1915. The Aussies and Kiwis, together with their British brothers, were attempting to wrest Constantinople from the Ottoman Empire (allied with Germany) and give Allied forces a position on the southeastern flank of the Central Powers.
