I can confirm no wiggery took place in the chambers.
In fact - no wiggery with the judge took place anywhere - he was (and probably still is) gay :-D
This was in Portsmouth :-D

Caroline

Caroline Report 12 May 2017 23:47

Oh well if it was in Pompey enough said :-D :-D

Hmm Eldrick so I think we can agree you have some right to say you have first hand knowledge of the legal field :-D

Rollo I agree with Eldrick you really should for the greater good come clean on this whole scandal, it might actually help Sir Cliff as it might put his little case into the shadows.....naming judges who gossip out of chambers...

I have learned more reading this thread than I have heard from my son a lawyer for over twenty five years. Rollo I have to bow to your superior knowledge. Or is it possible it's Bul****

Caroline

Caroline Report 13 May 2017 13:34

So comic writing is the in thing now is it gotcha....

The police have their bad apples as do the judges as do the civil service as do builders, shopkeepers the list goes on....

Rollo the point though is if a judge gave you that information you are honour bound to tell the authorities to ensure the law is upheld.....

Eldrick

Eldrick Report 13 May 2017 14:00

His little anti police rant is just an attempt to draw attention away from his story about conversing with a judge and a feeble attempt to get me to bite. But I've been insulted by professionals, and this is just amateurish drivel, like the rest of it :)

So I say again - are you going to report your gossip loving judge - before someone else does?

:-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

Giggles hysterically

I have no idea what Eldrick got suspended for last time around. Possibly self importance and thin skin which suggests he went far in the police force. Please try not to break anything in Geneva the kit is expensive. Just a thought are you going to be based in one of those little cabins with a red and white pole that controls access? Def needs 32 years of know how pushing the rusty wheel.

Take care

Caroline

Caroline Report 13 May 2017 14:35

Hmm.....not trying to deflect from the question then Rollo?

Eldrick

Eldrick Report 13 May 2017 14:40

I think you elongated the sentence unnecessarily, or missed some punctuation out. 'I have no idea' would have sufficed - I presume a full stop should have been inserted there.

Any chance of addressing the issue of your gossiping judge? Yes? No?

I'm not going to bite at your playground antics, so you're wasting your time there.

:-D :-D

Before you start your book, Caroline, perhaps you could ascertain whether Sir C is also suing the person who dropped him in it - or is he?

I haven't read enough about his case but I do know that if it were me in his position I'd be after that finger-pointing person first.

Sharron Report 13 May 2017 15:26

Well the writing a book reference comes in from another thread where Rollo said I should write one. I had though on here questioned whether the BBC had actually filmed inside the property...it seems they didn't have permission to do so but only filmed or at least have shown footage from outside which is in public...but Rollo has had a cozy chat with a judge who has had a good old chin wag with another judge, anyway he has it on good authority that the BBC did indeed film inside the property. :-D I'm pretty sure the BBC have admitted being tipped off and are discussing how much to pay him which as already noted I think we assume Sir C will pay to charity.

It is up to Rollo now to allow justice to be fully done by naming his source in the Judicial system so the leak can be stopped. After all no point in moaning about his view that the police forces are corrupt if he's not ready to do the right thing with regard judges.

JoyLouise

JoyLouise Report 13 May 2017 15:58

Name a judge? Not a cat in hell's chance that I would ever do that so I'm sure Rollo has enough sense not to do it either.

If it involved me directly and personally, I would not hesitate to do so but otherwise, no.

Who pointed the finger at Sir C in the first place? Does anyone know?

Eldrick

Eldrick Report 13 May 2017 15:59

His deafening silence and throwing of insults when asked about it leaves one to draw ones own conclusions regarding the veracity of that statement.

Caroline

Caroline Report 13 May 2017 16:08

I hear what you're saying JoyLouise but if one were that worried about judges revenge should one blatantly state a judge told him such sensitive information? Why not just say I'm pretty sure filming was done inside the property? Of course none of us would believe it but then again most of us don't believe a judge told him either. :-)

I know who it was, from when I had lunch with the Lord Chief Justice yesterday, at Weatherspoons in the Mall.

I do enjoy those weekly sessions, as I remarked to Prince Phillip when it was my round for the beers. I never realised that Teresa May owned champion racing pigeons until we chatted about it one afternoon over a Greggs pasty in Trafalgar Square and she showed her incredible pigeon knowledge by naming all the different breeds that we were throwing crumbs to.

Interesting that a judge spoke to Rolo - and it has to (according to Rolo) be taken in all seriousness.
I point out that a judge spoke to me, and he immediately accuses me of all sorts of jiggery-pokery and criminal/ loose behaviour :-|

Hmmm Makes me wonder in what 'situation' this judge so rashly spoke to Rolo? ;-)

Sharron

Sharron Report 13 May 2017 16:36

Just a thought.

Is this not a civil matter?

So the police and legal aid scheme are not actually relevant to the theme anyway.

JoyLouise

JoyLouise Report 13 May 2017 16:47

Civil or criminal, Sharron, I'd still have the finger-pointer in my sights first.

It seems more logical to me, after all everything must have happened as a result of that.
