Was in Chester City today with the lodger, by the time I had walked from the racecourse in to town..I was flaking..the heat was awful.

''Twas a wee bit scary seeing armed police in the center...a first for me. Went down on the river for ice cream and a sit down before going back to the car. Texted Myfanwy a photo of the river..and got a photo back saying taken from Medical Assesment room in Swansea...was in a bomb scare... :-0 :-0

I texted her back..then never heard anything...but I went on the news media on phone and couldn't see anything...but there was some incident in Swansea yesterday...so I don't know if that's what she was referring to :-)
