Reminds me of a joke that comedian Jethro told some years back. Apparently this guy hired a gunman to get rid of his wife. He asked the gunman if it would be quick, yes he said, a single shot, directly under her left booby.

That's no good said the guy, all that will do is take out her kneecap.....!

Wear cotton or linen and you'll be OK. No man made fibres, they will make you hot.

Put an ice block, wrapped in a plastic bag, in your pillow if hot at night.

No sugary foods or drinks.

It gets up to 40C here. :-D

I never wear a bra at home - when the girls lived here, every evening, there would be 3 bras thrown over the back of the sofa.
We'd all take them off under our clothes - another handy trick passed on from generation to generation :-D :-D
