It used to be a fun thing to do, but no point now as the posts don´t move anyway an it is way too easy-
I am not threatening to leave. as I left a long time ago eventho I keep my membership, but I do miss what we had

In a way Facebook killed it, when people realised they could say what they like on there without fear of being banned.

Within reason, you should be able to say what you like on here, but some self appointed moderator(s) have seen fit to decide what subject, or which person, can post. :-0

My renewal s due in a month or so and I also wonder if it's worth it.

I used to spend a good few hours on here on Friday 's just following threads and laughing out loud to myself at some of them but that doesn't seem happen anymore.

I also used to get a lot of my messages answered , but now hardly anyone has even opened the envelope.

Just numbers really, the research boards hardly move either. In both cases there are other sites to go to.

There used to be more repartee some years ago, but a lot of that was driven by the flirty ones who held court lol, or the controversial ones ditto, and sadly of course we have lost many of those who kept to a sensible, but fun, middle line but always had something to say worth reading.

It's all a bit like coming back to a cafe that you loved because they used to sell all sorts of meals and desserts to every taste, and finding the menu has shrunk lol.

Ann, I wish I hadn't mentioned desserts lol, I could manage a nice cream meringue or chocolate eclair right about now :-) and as for a slice of lemon meringue pie..... <3

My renewal in 9 days, Allan and Jean, although it's
slowed down I still think a revival of a Friday night
may return ;-) even the RRer has given up :-D
