It is awful isn't it. One of my family helps out on the Liverpool street team and kitchen for them. They are not given money but food, clothing and sleeping bags. Some of their stories are so sad :-( |

All British cities, even Bournemouth, have this problem and it is getting worse. Many seaside towns have big problems too. |

Perhaps LG can ask 'why' there's noticeable number of Liverpool rough sleepers/homeless? It's probably not just one reason but many. |

When cuts and more cuts are made ( incl' council services), where the job market has become so laughable that the local job centre is classing a vacancy that is less than 10 hours per week as a "HOT JOB", the ' so called 'Zero hour contract' that leaves people not knowing from one week to the next what their income will be, . When life becomes such a struggle that working people go to food banks and rents are unaffordable in many places.... |

Don't forget that 'some' - probably only a few- beggars do actually have a home and a state provided income. Like office and other workers, they 'commute' to where the rich pickings are. |

Sylvia the 'zombie' drug is one or more of the so-called "legal highs" and it is everywhere, largely because it was available described as 'plant food' and such. |
