Please can someone help me. For the last few months I have been unable to use search. Everything else works fine but no matter what I do, including suggestions from Genes reunited staff, its useless. I am going to have to cancel my subscription after many years of researching as I don't know what to do. |

Not just disagreeing because it's Rollo saying it....but I use an Apple laptop amongst other computers and have no problem searching the tree or records. It might just come into the problems that seem to be hitting some members on and off, which Rollo will tell you is your fault and genes will say is their's. |

I have been using the search button on my mac for years without any problems so I don't know why it would suddenly stop. |
