Isn't the lion mark to show a symbol of quality and that the eggs are free from salmonella? |

Brian a mother is a mother, whether there are two of them, just the one biological or just the one adoptive...it's what you do that counts. <3 |

Well, the National Trust listened to the complaints made last year. Instead of burying Easter amongst the text, they are putting it to the fore eg |

You can see the ..well I'll use a polite and very generous term...'misinformed' ...coming out of the wood work Maggie, by a quick click on the profiles of those who are apportioning the blame on other religions being "offended" rather than the companies that make the chocolate ...these so called 'Christians' support the pages of BF and their ilk. |

Have to admit to not even looking at the wording Easter eggs - but Easter is when they're eaten, and it's one of our few Bank Holidays, so, if it stops the 'I'm going to blame everyone else' racists, rather than manufacturers, I'd rather the manufacturers put the word 'Easter' on them. |

Thanks to a FB friend's post on an advert page, a thread which has turned into a row over the word "Easter" being/or not being on this years crop of chocolate eggs ( which we all know are made by the bunnies in the woods and poured into moulds then transported in wheelbarrows for delivery...ahh those innocent days !) I have been mildly diverted by the public outrage that this 'Christian tradition' is being eroded. |
