:-D :-D :-D :-D 'Hic!'

My gran (lived to 99, just a reminder :-D), used to make her own wine from scratch!
Those vegetables growing in the garden - were they to eat or drink?
I suppose, whether they were on a plate or 15% proof, they were a source of vitamin C :-D

Nothing quite like a bottle of parsnip wine :-S :-S :-S

I think the idea of a smart watch is excellent - my mil in fact asked for the emergency phone as a Christmas present and I was very glad t o provide it - but she seemed to keep it on the hall table, not handy for accidents - but I'm sure she would have been happy to wear a watch.

I wear it all the time. Even have it on the shelf above my bed at night

It has to go on charge though every couple of days but I do this in the morning whilst I am in the lounge where it's charging
Takes about 2 and half hours to fully charge

Taking into account Rollo advice if you were to place the booze one side of the room and the ice another side think of the exercise you'd get....the crisps in another room...the sweets right next to the chair...well you need some guilty pleasures....
