Well that was a sight worth watching. There must also have been an exceptionally high tide as I could hear the breakers from outside the house and we're a good couple of kilometres from the ocean, as the crow flies |

It really was a fantastic sight, Gwyn. I saw it from about 0345 when I got up until about 0615 (WA Time) when the moon was almost out of the eclipse. The proximity of Mars was also something to behold. |
