Those of us overseas don't get help in the middle of the night .............. but I don't expect people to be working then in the UK


Just one point .................

GR does not pay any attention to posts on these Boards, they very rarely ever have.

So all you are doing it complaining to other members, those who help you do searches but we can do nothing about technical problems.

Either post on GR's FB page or bombard them with emails to that email address, and hope to get a reply in less than 3 days.

21.00hrs Sunday 03/02 simply cannot access tree at all - completely rubbish that they cannot deal with problems at weekend when most folk have free time to work on their tree :-(

But do not expect a reply until at least tomorrow (Monday)

GT only works Monday to Friday, ca 8:30 am to ca 4:30 am

They do say they will reply to emails within 3 business days.
