Had to pop out for an iron this morning as OH knocked ours off the ironing board while he was doing his shirts yesterday. And a fair old job he made of it too! :-0

The two of us went into Asda, got the iron we’d seen online then went around the corner to Sainsbs. It was heaving - even more than we expected. We found out why when OH bumped into a mate near the check-out. The majority of the other shops had no power - so Sainsburys must have its own generator, There’s forward thinking for you. :-D

Joy…it took me 15mins to drive half a mile this morning..just to get on the shopping park :-0 :-0 I needed my script from Boots!

Am going to do a food list and shop local this week :-D :-D

Much warmer here also…they were all sitting outside with their coffees down at the park…strong wind got up now though :-0
