	Morning Fly, Von and Gwyn. <3 :-D Raining here too. Mmmmm, Welsh cakes with butter - almost as good as Eccles Cakes when I slice off the top, add a knob of butter inside, top back on then into the microwave for a short zap. :-D Butter - my downfall. Cream is my sis’s downfall, We have our Dad’s taste. <3 Too much temptation when you’re a little hefty. :-(

	Morning Joy :-) Please don't send that rain south. :-\| I've never had butter on Welsh cakes. Mum didn't even give them a dusting of sugar before they were served. I've happy memories of a production line baking session of Welsh cakes with grandson and his Mum in their kitchen. Quite time consuming, - but worth it :-D Won't be long Von... enjoy your day anyway <3
