My first junior school had just been built…think 54…it was very modern with a huge green area and a massive oak tree where we sat in the shade having outdoor lessons. It had a huge hall and performance stage..all the classrooms had huge windows etc. when I was 10 I moved to Where I am now…it was like going back to Dickensian times :-0 :-0 |

My Dad took me to the Circus, I think it was because he wanted to go :-D To this day I always remember this man sat with two children one on either side who were laughing their heads off but he looked so very very sad :-( |

I went to Billy Smarts Circus. I couldnt get over how much the Big Top smelt. Delicate little flower that I was.................and still am. :-D :-D :-D |

When my Dad was young it was a big thing where he lived when the Fayre came to town so did the Circus and they use to queue along the roads to see the animals coming especially the elephants that just walked on the road :-D |

Chester Zoo is lovely…lots of plants/flowers etc…..green spaces for picnics etc :-) the Darlinks loved the Zoo when they were younger :-) |
