	Morning Belle :-) <3 Already very warm, when I went in the garden to top up the bird bath :-0 Trying to get an 'on-the-day' appointment at the GP's surgery with a nurse, but the whole system is down due to World wide problem. I was there on Wednesday, when I was in town anyway, but the receptionist couldn't do a forward booking, they require you to phone on the day :-\| Take care in the sun everyone <3

	Good afternoon :-D <3 Currently 31 degrees outside but it’s cool in the house :-D :-D Just got back from a trip to London Town. Must say air conditioning on the trains was excellent. Noticed one lady had a fan plugged into her phone. Must investigate ;-) ;-) Take care everyone <3

	Dear All Hello Hope you are feeling okay with the hot weather. Whatever you are doing, have a contented and peaceful weekend. Take plenty of water and those face wipes from Superdrug (Other shops are available!) work a treat if you put them in the fridge first. Take gentle care Love EOS xx
