	Morning Ann and Belle :-) <3 You were both up and about and organised early to do that ;-) Good that you've sorted it before the weather darkens. Fine drizzle just started here. Been for annual medical review. Blood pressure a little bit up, but it often is at GP's surgery, so I've got to take in some daily readings. He said next year, just bring them with me, as he could tell this was the regular event. Right, off to be busy with the next task of another busy day. Keep warm everyone <3

	Morning Gwyn <3 :-D White coat syndrome :-0 My BP can sometimes be a bit high on a visit to the GP... .she normally does three readings and often it is about right come the third reading :-)

	OMG all done thank goodness the tv ariel needed work and cost me another 200 quid. Methinks it was the roofers men but yesterday a chap came and cleaned all my gutters inside and out and cleaned the windows. All done and I am completely worn out :-( :-( :-( :-( just turned my heating off or am I having a hot flush :-D :-D Take care my lovelies <3 <3 <3 <3
