On the 16th September, it will be 7 months without a smoke. After 45 years of smoking, I decided enough was enough, so gave up there and then, no patches, no chewing gum, just will power, good eh LOL Baz

Hi Debs good to see you still aren't smoking either. I still miss the odd one, but haven't succumbed at all. So proud of myself !!

Baz ditto - I last had a cigarette on 6th Feb. Haven't used patches or anything. As you said, just willpower & determination. The longer you go, the more the determination kicks in. I still sometimes fancy one, but it's not a huge craving. Best of luck TJ, you can do it! Angela

Sorry TJ but I do not know you, but want to congratulate you on you going 72 hours without the dreaded weed. Hubby has just looked at me and asked whilst I was typing ' why I had a smile on my face' So I told him, and he says 'Well done' Heres me still puffing away. I did actually go 8 months without one about three years ago, and failed, but still desparatley want to give up. I PROMISE TO GIVE UP ONE DAY. Wishing you all the the best on being a Non Smoker. Jenny xx
