Very well done, TJ!! My husband stopped on February 28th - finally listened to medical advice. He was speaking to a retired chemist who told him just how long he was likely to live with his combination of high blood pressure/family history of heart trouble and smoking. He can't do much about the family medical history but by stopping smoking he has managed to keep the blood pressure stable. |

So pleased for you TJ. Don't lose the will to give up, no matter what happens. I gave up in 1974, but can still be tempted. You just have to push it away to the back of your mind. You smell better, taste better, house is cleaner and your health is definately better. E mail me if things get really rough. I'm sure others would say the same. Without the weed Lynda x |
