Lorraine, good luck for today, hope all goes well. I have a problem with my memory, but I know this is connected to an illness I have, I put things I need to remember on my mobile with an alarm, problem is I often turn this off and still forget these things. M.

I hope it is OK for you today Ladylol. If it makes you feel any better, I mix with a lot of people 20 to 40's and they seem to have the same problem. I think the pace of life is quite fast and there is a lot to think about, and our minds are not necessarily focused on what we are doing. x
