Anne I've been to Stonehaven when I was younger. Dunnottar is my favourite castle. My ancestors used to live in Stonehaven too.(different branch) I was thinking of getting the train there for the day and exploring. I remember a pebbly beach there. is that correct? x lesley |

Thanks Anne I didn't realise that's where it was. I'm really going to have to try and plan some part of this trip. lol I want to go to the History Shop in King Street as usual, go to the library, visit areas around Aberdeen city itself where my ancestors lived as well as surrounding areas. I should be going for a month, not a week lol x lesley |

I tolerate him for lemon and polly's sake. lol Dan is correct, i am not a true Birkonian lol Dan, why do you think I used to go to Liverpool library to do my genealogical research instead of Birkenhead? I've no ancestors on the Wirral, that's why. lol Dan won't speak to me now......just you watch. lol |

Of course Anne lol I knew I'd got the right beaches. Remember the castle and the beach but nothing much else. I haven't planned which day yet. I'm really going to have to plan this holiday or I'll probably overstretch myself. x lesley |
