Hi Emma! I felt exactly like you about two weeks ago when I introduced myself! like I was butting in to an established group who already all knew each other well and had loads of in jokes and abbreviations I didn't understand!! But I got stacks of welcome messages, and even though I've just been away for a few days, some people remembered me well enough to ask about my trip when I got back! Nice to meet you! Denise

Morning Everyone! Wow I can't beleive how many of you responded to my thread to say Hi & Welcome, I feel important now lol. lol Jenny I know what you mean, sometimes when I say where I'm from the look on peoples faces is like i've just landed from Mars, at least on the message board I can pretend i'm from somewhere fancier because you can't hear me talk lol. I'd just like to say what great names most of you have I'm no good at thinking up names as you can probably tell by mine :-( lol. Thank again everyone Emma

Morning Emma, Welcome to the boards. Hopefully if you've been peeking for a while you'll have noticed that on the whole we're quite nice (we all have our bad days though !). Take the good, ignore the bad, make some friends, get some help (with your research !!) and most of all have fun. Paul

Yeah, thinking about it, so do we! Husbands family originally from Ogley Hays and Chilvers Coton. Know them? (the places, not the ancestors!) Denise
