I know how you feel Jim as I am feeling just the same way and have been for weeks. Just like you I am bored mindless, planty to do around the house but no interest at all in doing it, not interested in the television and can't be bothered doing much genealogy, and generally feeling down and fed up. No actual reason that I can pin-point, and I think perhaps this long drawn out winter is getting to many of us. I am just hoping that the emergence of Spring will result in the emerence of my normal energetic self. Fingers crossed that we will both feel a bit better soon.

Collette is on holiday at the moment, but this feeling has been with me for weeks. I really can't be bothered to do anything.

i hpe you feel back to your old self soon with all these hugs coming your way, bring some bright light into your home, put lights on, so its lighter, i know it sounds bonkers but they say light does help, just make a butty if you dont feel like eating much, as long as you have something darlin, cuppa tea and a butty will keep you going and lots of hugs inbetween, xx

How did you feel when you went to Stevenage? Was it a real effort to go there?

Daniel

Daniel Report 6 Mar 2006 19:34

Weeks? Well I would say see a doctor, just to be sure you haven't any underlying medical problems or any starting to creep up on you.

Unknown Report 6 Mar 2006 19:36

Joy, It is an effort to go to the shops, let alone Stevenage. I have reached the stage when, as soon as I am out of the front door, all I want to do is to go back home again.

Joy

Joy Report 6 Mar 2006 19:38

Right, as others have said then, Jim, please go to the doctor - asap.

Jim Sorry you are not feeling well. You did well to put on a brave face last weekend. Perhaps you could go to the doctors & get an MOT - blood check to see if there is something wrong that is easily corrected. Hope its sorted soon Penny
