Who Elizabeth? :-) Yeah, started in feb. True crime cases from The Wirral 1839-1919 turned into short stories. |

Sorry Daniel,I got called to the phone. Anyway...how did you get the nerve up to actually write a book?Did you do it through the writers club?I ask this because it's something I am interested in and have applied to the writers people to do a course. |

No help. Just did it. I did get The Writers and Artists Year Book and The Freelance Writer's Hnadbook halfway through. Some very useful info. |

I take my hat of to you Daniel.You are brave to actually go out and do it and get it done.Reading the handbook was scary enough.....I would need someone to check spellings and grammar the whole way through !! You must be over the moon. |

Honestly it's nothing special. All I did basically was turn victorian newspaper reports into dramatised tales. The only thing needed for that was average grammar and patience. Halfway through I approaced several publishers, got turned down buy a couple but then Sutton took me on. It's just having the right material for the right company. What were you thinking of doing? |

Oh lord Daniel,I feel wick now.I have always been able to tell the kids great wee stories or make up scary ones.It has been like a hobby kind of thing you know,not something real and serious like you.Thats why you have my respect. |
